Please note our gift wrapping services are temporarily unavailable due to a system upgrade. During this time, gift orders are wrapped in our signature cotton bag which is made from 100% recycled and organic fibres. Please note the size and variations may occur.

Aesop Digital Gift Cards can be redeemed to the nominated value online at aesop.com.au or within an Aesop Signature Store within Australia only (excluding Click and Collect orders). It cannot be refunded or transferred to another recipient.

Digital Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase within Australia.

How to redeem your Digital Gift Card:

Digital Gift Cards are not applied in the promotional code box, but later in the checkout experience. Once you reach the payment method stage, you can enter your Digital Gift Card details by selecting 'Pay with Gift Card'.

Enter the gift card number, followed by the PIN.*

*If you have a physical card, your 4-digit PIN is located on the back of your gift card next to the barcode. If you received your gift card via email, it is listed beneath your voucher number in the email.
